Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please let Solidoworks Garage Doors know too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Solidoworks Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.

You'll get an email confirming that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. After that, it will be looked into. That may include getting in touch with the provider. You'll then receive a reply that explains what was found and any action being taken.
If the answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
